Do you ship orders overseas?

Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally at this time.  In support of our men and women in the armed forces, we do proudly ship to APO and FPO addresses.  If you have any problems placing an order to an APO or FPO address, please e-mail us by using our Contact Form. 

Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?

We use UPS Ground as our primary delivery service.  UPS Ground does not deliver to P.O. Boxes and requires a street address.

Can you send me a catalog?

We do not print catalogs at this time.  If an item you want is not pictured on our website, please contact us at this link and our friendly support staff will be happy to check if that item is available from any of our vendors.

What if I need to return or exchange my order?

Simply fill out the and follow the directions printed on the return form.  Didn't get a form with your order?  Click here for our Return and Exchange form.  Print off this copy and enclose it with your return or exchange.

How long will it take me to get my order?

The map below gives a general time frame for shipping times via UPS Ground barring a backorder or other shipping delay.  Note:  UPS Ground does not ship or deliver on weekends.  Calculations are based on business days not calendar days. 

I'm not sure what size I need.  Do you have a sizing chart?
